If you've received any communications from these unauthorised accounts claiming to be us, we'd like to extend our deepest apologies.
Addressing and resolving this unforeseen situation has been a significant challenge. Such incidents are always distressing and while we always take precautions to prevent such breaches, it's a stark reminder that these issues can affect anyone, no matter how diligent we might be.
Our team has been working tirelessly to rectify this problem and we're relieved to share that we have now managed to secure our accounts and address the issue. We genuinely regret any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you.
